The Perception Swing used to top the popularity list at AKFF by a reasonable margin. Made in New-Zealand, it is a flexible, and quick boat that adapts well to the requirements of Kayak Fishing, responding extremely well to the requirements of off-shore work. With plenty of in-hull storage space, and a reasonable amount of on-deck area for rod holders, fish finders, and tackle boxes, the swing hits the sweet spot in flexibility and pricing. The swing tracks well through the water, and is considered to be a fast moving kayak. A second hand angler package should set you back around the $500 mark.
