The Mullet is a difficult fish to effectively target. The smaller, bait sized mullet can be gathered quite easily with the assistance of a bait trap, however the larger Bull Mullet are very difficult to catch. Most larger Bull Mullet that yak fisherman land are accidental by-catch, or fish deliberately burleyed up with breadcrumbs and taken by a bread pattern fly.
