A nice little pond stocked with Murray Cod and Golden Perch, redfin and carp also inhabit these waters and as a result the clarity of the water is murky at the best of times. The best land based option is the dam wall at the southern end, the water is at it's depest at this area. Those with kayaks and a fish finder with a bit of patience can find the original creek bed which can get to 5 meters deep in parts. The redfin in this pond can produce a hot bite session on a hot day and the biggest catch to date (that I know of) has been 40cm.
